Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had an unbelievable view but unfortunately, some rooms had defected windows. The lighting in the rooms was inadequate, likely to save money. The service was top-notch with convenient dry cleaning and grocery shopping services. The location, situated in the financial district, was quiet on weekdays after 6 pm and dead on weekends. Despite the downsides, the hotel was almost right beside the blue line La Salle stop, providing easy access to everything downtown. The dining experience, although served, was satisfactory with tasty pasta dishes. The facilities were modern and well-kept.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms had amazing views of Chicago, but the lighting was a bit inadequate. The service was top-notch with great amenities provided. The location in the financial district was quiet, but dead on weekends. The dining experience was superb, with delicious dishes offered. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms offered stunning views of the Chicago business district, making my experience truly unforgettable. However, a small issue with a defective window slightly affected my overall impression. The service was excellent, with convenient amenities like dry cleaning and a welcoming drink. The location in the financial district, though quiet on weekends, was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The dining experience, with authentic dishes served, was a delightful culinary journey. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
